Every angle your product page needs: hero, left profile, right profile, back, top, sole, and any other angle you want. Background cleanup, color correction, and final web-ready image delivery included.
How do I ship my products to you?
After checkout, you'll receive our studio address. Ship your footwear with a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label included in the box. We'll use that label to send everything back once complete.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from when we receive your products. Need it faster? Add Rush Turnaround for 72-hour delivery.
What size should I send?
Send universal sizes across all SKUs so images look consistent.
How do I get products back?
Please include a UPS or FedEx pre-paid return label. We will ship back your shoes after you approve the images.
When do I pay?
After you submit your order request, we'll review it and send you an invoice within 24 hours. Once payment is confirmed, we'll send our shipping address and next steps.
How are files delivered?
Images are delivered via Dropbox. You will get a link to download your high-res JPEGs or image format you request after the photoshoot.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
We'll re-shoot or re-edit any images that don't meet your specifications at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
